Pet & Parking Policies
A separate pet addendum is required for authorization of any pet and must be signed at move-in or prior to acquiring a pet. See the Pet Restrictions List to confirm that your pet is an approved pet.
We require pet records providing proof of current vaccinations and a current picture of your pet.
A refundable pet deposit and a non-refundable pet fee are required for all approved pets. Fifty percent (50%) of the deposit must be collected prior to or at move-in, with the balance to be paid within 30 days. If the balance of the pet deposit is not paid in full at the end of the 30-day period, then (1) the next rent payment will be applied to the outstanding pet deposit, (2) current rent will then be classified as delinquent and (3) all applicable late charges will accumulate until the balance is paid in full. The Pet Fee is non-refundable. The required non-refundable pet fee and pet deposit are paid for each pet.
Acceptable pets are dogs, a maximum of 26” in height at the shoulder, and domestic cats. See the following Pet Restriction List for restricted dog breeds. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets in the apartment. No animals or pets (including mammals, fish, birds, snakes, rodents, and insects) are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the apartment or community unless authorized in writing by Management.
EXOTIC ANIMALS
No exotic animals are permitted unless authorized in writing by management based on a reasonable accommodation. Examples of exotic animals (but not limited to) are snakes, spiders, rabbits, pigs, hedgehogs, primates, insects, frogs, birds, fish aquariums, varied species of rodents, varied species of reptiles, etc.
DOG BREEDSRestricted dog breeds. We do not accept any dog breed or mixed dog breed included in the below list unless authorized in writing by management based on a reasonable accommodation. American Pit Bull, Terrier, American Bulldog, Rottweiler, Akita, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Mastiff (Any Breed), American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, German Shepard, Husky, Malamute, Belgian, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Fila Brasileiro, Wolf Hybrid, St Bernard & Great Danes.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER AND CHANGE THE RESTRICTED PET LIST AT ANY TIME.
